CORSUET
The 27 m² “Corsuet” bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the pool and the Corsuet massif. It features a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, sitting area and TV.
AIX
On the town-facing side, the “Aix” bedroom is 16 m2 and can accommodate 2 people with its 140 cm bed.
Chambéry
With its small balcony overlooking the street and its 14 m², the “Chambéry” room, with its 140 cm bed, is at the heart of the action.
PORT
This 11 m² bedroom with 2 single beds is perfect for keeping an eye on activities port-side. Two 90 cm beds.
Memard
The 14 m² “Memard” bedroom with its 140 cm bed is a cinema-inspired cocoon at the heart of the house.
lac
Go up in the world and make yourself comfortable in the 13 m² “Lac” room. A blend of tradition and modernity with a 140 cm bed.
Dent du Chat
Dive into the deep blue in the “Dent du Chat” room, with its single bed (90 cm) and trundle bed. 11 m² on the second floor.
Revard
Admire the Revard every morning from this room with its warm green tones. A large 160 cm bed in a cosy 11 m² room.

Location
By car
From the A41 motorway, take the Aix-les-Bains Nord or Aix-les-Bains SUD exit or, coming from Lyon or Chambéry, take the D1201, which runs along the shores of Lac du Bourget. Head for the Grand Port.
Local highlights
The beach, harbour and lakeside restaurants are 200 m away, the cinema 2 km, the town 2 km, a grocery store 1 km and bus stops 100 m away. Aix les Bains golf course is 5 km away, and the first ski resorts (Revard/Feclaz) are 13 km away. The prestigious resorts of Courchevel, Val Thorens and Megève are 1 h 30 away.
By car
Aix-Les-Bains is very easy to get to by car, via the Alpine motorway network:
– 1 hour from Lyon and Geneva
– 45 minutes from Grenoble
– 30 minutes from Annecy
– 20 minutes from Chambéry
By train:
– Its station is served by the TGV high-speed train, which gets you to Paris in 3 hours.
By plane:
– 15 minutes from Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
