Arrival and departure:
– Arrival: between 17:00 and 22:00

During your stay:
– 15 guests maximum

Rental includes: electricity* + heating + water + Internet (fibre) + firewood + electricity.
*In order to ensure “reasonable” electricity use, a surcharge of 0.40 cts/kWh will be billed for use of more than 60 kWh/day, i.e. 420kWh per week.
During the day and at night, the villa is reserved for the number of guests listed on the contract, which corresponds to the rate you are paying. In the event of an extra person during your stay (15 maximum), you will be asked to pay a supplement in proportion to the total price you have paid.
A security deposit of 1,500 euros is payable on arrival and returned within a week of departure.
Private parking spaces are available for our guests’ vehicles (5 vehicles maximum); other vehicles can be parked in the adjacent car park (charge in summer) 50 m away.
Before you leave:
– Collect dirty towels and leave in the baskets provided
– Dispose of rubbish in the collection bins on the other side of the road
– Lock everything
Additional requests:
– Empty dishwasher, put dishes away, clean coffee maker, empty fridge, close all windows, turn off radiators and lights.
